IFS (INTERNATIONAL FEATURED STANDARDS) FOOD

Las normas IFS han sido desarrolladas por todas las partes implicadas en la cadena de suministro, que desean utilizar normas uniformes para garantizar la calidad y la seguridad de los alimentos, los productos no alimenticios y los servicios respectivos.

Los objetivos básicos del International Features Standard son los siguientes:

• establecer un estándar común con un sistema de evaluación uniforme,
• trabajar con organismos de certificación acreditados y auditores cualificados,
• garantizar la comparabilidad y transparencia durante toda la cadena de suministro,
• reducir costes y tiempo para proveedores y detallistas.

Las normas IFS son normas de auditoría reconocidas a nivel internacional, para asegurar que les empresas certificadas IFS entregan productos / servicios que respetan les especificaciones definidas con sus clientes, para mejorar continuamente la seguridad y la calidad de los productos (no) alimenticios dirigidos al consumidor.
